Wellness Webinars - How To Sleep More Efficiently
As an international student, there has never been a more important time to look after your health and wellbeing!

Join us for the last of our 5-part webinar series, where we have been exploring key health topics to help you to take charge of your wellbeing in 2020.

In this webinar you will hear from Dr Yu Sun Bin (BSc(Hons) MPH PhD) from the Charles Perkins Centre at the University of Sydney. Dr Bin is an epidemiologist and public health researcher, whose research is on how sleep and circadian rhythms affect our collective wellbeing. Dr Bin teaches OLET1510 Health Challenges: Sleep and she will share practical information and advice to make sure that you're sleeping well to optimise your overall wellbeing and academic performance.

During a panel discussion, you'll also hear from your peers, who will share their experience and tips as current students. Plus you'll hear from a representative from Allianz Global Assistance, to help you better understand your Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) and how you access services to support your overall wellbeing.

You will be able to ask our panelists any questions you might and you can even do this anonymously.

Open to all international students from the University of Sydney and proudly supported by Allianz Global Assistance. Information on accessing zoom using your student credentials can be found at https://www.sydney.edu.au/students/student-it/apps.html
