Virtual Dance Workout Session (THU)
These virtual dance workouts are free and run for 30 minutes and require a space of approximately about 2 by 2 meters (preferably a little larger).

You should be in good physical condition and be able to participate in the exercises so please carefully assess your own condition or seek professional advice (e.g from a physician) before joining these classes.
